The pool : your summer lunches in a wild setting of both flowers and greenery. Opening from the end of June to the beginning of September.
Warm, attentive and discreet, Elisabeth will put all her savoir-faire at your service to help you enjoy an authentic moment of relaxation and conviviality. Attached to the Bon family and the Camargue, she was born on the estate and grew up along with the Mas de Peint, which has no secrets for her.
Opening dates for the restaurant :From April 12, to June 20, 2019 and from September 8 to November 4, 2019
Restaurant open every day for dinner except Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Open for lunch only on Saturdays and Sundays.
From June 21 to September 9, 2019
Restaurant open every day for lunch and for dinner except Thursday evening.

Fresh, generous and sincere dishes
After working in Paris, he decided to find a balance between his passion and family. Today he creates a universe to his liking in perfect cohesion with our estate. His curiosity, his talent and his love of our land make him a big-hearted chef in search of excellence.
He attentively chooses products from local producers and mainly from sustainable agriculture : bull meat and rice from our farm, Camargue olive oil and of course the fruits and vegetables from our garden that guide his inspiration.
Environment and the present decide what the menu will be, and not the opposite.
