Frédéric, Clémence and their staff are already waiting to offer you an authentic stay with a lot of moments to share and the pleasure to celebrate together the end of the year.

For this special event, our chef Grégory Brousse, chose the nearby productors to offer you his interpretation of gastronomy exclusively created with local products.

Your travel begins on the shore of the Vaccarés pond to discover the flavor of the pink shrimps flirting with sweet pepper and fresh mint on a chickpea foam.

After the sea comes the land of Camargue where Stéphan Vidil breeds his piglets in total liberty.
The laqué belly pork may be tasted with biological rice and aromatic herbs of our farm.

A smooth breeze leads us to the seashore where the salvage bass is cooked in almond milk with a taste of citronella and comes with seashells selected by Denis Manias, keen oyster aquaculturist.

There is no travel in Camargue's land without meeting the emblematic bull. A delicate smell of wood fire hangs in the air. The grilled filet, sublimated by Provence truffle and a smelting apple cooked in marrow, finally offers you local secrets and awakens your taste buds.

Let's get higher in the Alpilles mountains to savor all the beauty of Provence among the olive trees and the cicadas' song.
The cheese table will be open for you and offers an extraordinary variety of local products.

This trip end up with some citrus tastes travelling down to the Coussouls to discover a preserved ecosystem. You might taste the clementine of Aureille combined with the kumquat of Camargue on a soft biscuit perfumed with honey and olive oil.
